Autism Unlimited in Bournemouth is seeking a Female Support Team Leader to help guide the care team and promote independence for people we support. You will assist the Deputy Manager to drive service success, creating a positive, supportive environment for staff and individuals.
A day includes supervising staff, updating care plans, conducting medication audits and on-call duties with sleep-ins paid as an additional allowance. This role requires flexibility and a driver’s license.

As a Support Team Leader, you will assist the Deputy Manager to help drive the success of the service by creating a positive, supportive environment where both the people we support and your team can thrive.
Hours: Full Time - 39 hours per work
This would be a mixture of shifts between 8am – 10pm, Monday – Sunday.
You would be required to work alternate weekends and complete sleep ins (sleep ins come with an additional payment).
