Job summary

Elysium Healthcare's Cefn Carnau Hospital is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead day‑to‑day administration and support services across the site. You will oversee the Administration Team, maintain office systems and provide operational support across governance, training compliance, facilities management and fleet administration.

Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs, grade C or above (including English and Maths)
• Desirable: Word Processing Qualification
• Desirable: Business Administration NVQ or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the Administration Team and oversee high-quality administration service across the site
• Manage governance, training compliance, facilities management and fleet administration
• Coordinate administrative processes, manage correspondence and prepare reports/minutes
• Oversee purchasing processes, raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Maintain accurate and confidential records and support financial administration as required
• Support staff training records and ensure mandatory learning remains up to date
• Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) administration for servicing schedules and compliance
