Job summary

M&S is seeking a Security Officer to create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues across Truro, Kingsley Village and Hayle. Applicants must have own transport and be able to travel between these areas.

You will stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism and deliver great service while protecting stores, people and products. The role involves incident response, loss prevention, and using store technology and body-worn cameras.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, confident and professional approach.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make quick decisions.
• Genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
