Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners to help people in Inverness live independently in their own homes. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, including a funded SVQ, and you'll join a friendly team dedicated to making a positive difference.

As a Support Practitioner you will assist with daily living tasks, medication and finances, housework, meals and personal care, and you’ll share in the people’s interests and activities,

Qualifications

• Have an empathetic and caring nature.
• Good observation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities with daily living tasks, including medication and finances.
• Support with housework, meals, cooking, and personal care.
• Help clients engage in hobbies and activities of interest.
