Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a compassionate Support Practitioner in Cupar, offering both full-time and part-time roles. No care experience needed; comprehensive training and a fully funded SVQ are provided. A full driving licence and access to a car are required to support individuals in their own homes.

You will help with daily living tasks, finances and personal care, while also encouraging activities and independence in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; training provided incl. SVQ.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.
• Able to work day/evening/weekends/sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living tasks including medication and finances, housework, meals, and personal care.
• Support hobbies and activities and encourage independence.
• Keep accurate notes and communicate changes with supervisors.
