Cornerstone in the Scottish Borders is looking for Support Practitioners on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis to help adults with disabilities live full, independent lives across Galashiels, Hawick and surrounding areas.
No experience is required as we provide full paid training and ongoing support. You’ll join a friendly team, work varied shifts, and have opportunities to develop while making a real difference in people’s lives.

We provide support across the Scottish Borders, including Galashiels, Hawick, Jedburgh, Melrose, St Boswells, Earlston, and Tweedbank.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
