We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and enjoys being active, with a genuine desire to make a difference.

You’ll need:
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • To enjoy walking and being out and about
  • A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach

If you’re looking for a role where every day is different and what you do really matters, we’d love to hear from you!

We want people who are: -
  • Kind, positive and up for a challenge
  • Great team players
  • Willing to learn and try new things
  • Ready to make a difference
  • Confident using computers and tablets
Why you'll love it here
  • You'll have a meaningful job doing things that you enjoy - it often doesn't feel like work
  • No uniform - we wear our own casual clothes
  • We fund up to £500 towards driving lessons
  • We reimburse your SSSC registration and PVG fees
  • Access to professional development and career progression opportunities
  • Recommend a colleague bonus scheme
  • Long service awards
  • Access to a 24/7 independent employee assistance helpline

We provide tailored support with shifts currently falling between 7:30am and 11.30pm with a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis. As sleepover shifts don't count towards you contracted hours, you would receive an additional payment of £107.60 for every sleepover worked. Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
