Cornerstone in Clydebank is seeking part-time carers (up to 30 hours per week) to support individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, both at home and in the community. Shifts span mornings, days and evenings, with 5 out of 7 days coverage.

You'll become part of one of our friendly, welcoming teams who supports some amazing individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, both at home and in their community. From cooking and daily routines to arts, crafts, gardening and days out - no two days are ever the same.
Having a full UK manual drivers licence with 1 years experience on the roads would be beneficial for this role but not a deal breaker for the right candidate.

As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will typically be spread over 5 out of 7 days with shifts including early mornings, days and evenings. Public holidays and weekends would be a requirement on a rotational basis.
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
