Carr Gomm in Scotland is seeking passionate individuals to join our Home-Based Respite team. This part-time, relief role offers flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) to support carers and the people they care for at home, with training and SVQ in Health and Social Care provided on the job.
You will need a valid UK driving licence to travel to rural communities, build trusting relationships with service users and families, and contribute to person-centred care across our locality.
Salary: £26,886 – £28,353 per annum (pro rata) / £13.75 – £14.50 based on qualifications, skills and experience

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our Home-Based Respite service in the Badenoch and Strathspey provides support to carers by giving them a break, while ensuring the people they care for continue to get the help they need at home through delivering person-centred support.
We are looking for people who are caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference in their community. Full training is provided and you will be supported to achieve an SVQ in Health and Social Care while you work. You will need a driving licence, as you will travel to support people in rural areas.

We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work a variety of shift patterns, supporting people when they need it, including days, evenings, and weekends. A full UK driver’s license is essential due to location and service requirements.
