A leading educational support organization seeks an experienced coordinator to manage academic support for students in North England. This full-time role requires a degree and involves supervising support teams, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring high-quality student-centered service delivery.
Contract Type: Permanent Contract, full time, office based with potential of hybrid working after induction period.
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Overall purpose of role
Responsible for ensuring student support runs efficiently and to a high standard in line with a student-centered approach. Lead on the coordination and delivery of academic support within allocated areas in the North of England. Coordinate support staff, make initial contact with students, draw up support plans, conduct risk assessments, and match support workers, tutors, mentors, and trainers appropriately.
Work in line with the company's Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) and Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines. Be involved in interviewing, training, and supervising the support team.
Support the development of the Learning Support Centre’s (LSC) provision within the area.
Support the collection and collation of feedback and utilize it to develop the service, ensuring high-quality delivery.
