Job summary

The Hyde Group is seeking a Regional Housing Manager (Supported Living) to supervise a regional team and deliver a high-quality housing management service across supported living schemes in South London and surrounding areas.

You will ensure schemes are safe, well maintained and compliant while supporting customers to maintain independence and a good quality of life; the role includes travel across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Chichester.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing management and tenancy management.
• Proven staff management experience.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering customer-focused services for people with additional needs.
• Coordinate activity across multiple schemes, analyse data, monitor performance and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a regional team of 5 Supported Housing Officers, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of enhanced housing management across supported living schemes.
• Maintain service standards through quality checks, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity.
• Support compliance, safeguarding, health and safety and risk management requirements across schemes.
• Build effective relationships with care providers, statutory partners, internal teams and local services to support customer independence.

Regional Housing Manager (Supported Living)

South London - with flexible travel across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham & Chichester (South Cost)

£37,800 to £41,500, depending on experience

As a Regional Housing Manager (Supported Living) at Hyde, you will supervise a team of Supported Housing Officers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across our supported living schemes. You will help ensure schemes are safe, well maintained and compliant, while supporting customers to maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
