Staffordshire County Council is recruiting a part-time 28-hour a week Support Facilitator for Hawthorn House, an adults with learning disabilities residential setting. You will cover morning and afternoon shifts, weekends and bank holidays, with a 10.6% shift premium.

Hawthorn House is a residential for adults with learning disabilities, currently has 2 vacancies for a 28hr Support Facilitator
You are required to have a positive proactive approach and a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
You need to be available to cover morning and afternoon shifts, plus weekends and bank holiday. For this they receive an increment of 10.6%.

If you already hold an NVQ level 2 qualification or Care Certificate we would love to hear from you but don’t worry if not, we are happy to support you in gaining the skills and knowledge needed for this qualification.
We are looking for people who are passionate about providing outstanding care quality for adults with learning disabilities. Our aspirations are to receive an ‘outstanding’ rating with the CQC, and we are looking for someone who shares our values, ambitions, and vision.
Please note that this role will require an enhanced DBS check and a pre-employment health assessment as part of the onboarding process.
The role is regulated by CQC and it is a requirement of the role that we obtain full employment history from leaving secondary school. Please note should you be invite for interview this information will be required.
