Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- 2+ years experience in technical support or field service.
- Strong electromechanical and IT troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident explaining technical information to customers.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line remote technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment faults.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
