Job summary

Quell, a British defence and security AI start-up, is seeking Support Engineers to help roll out and deploy our cutting-edge technology for customers across military, civilian, and CNI sectors.

In this on-site role based near Cambridge, you will build and manage infrastructure, monitor performance, respond to issues, and assist clients to use our products. The team values autonomy, rapid learning, and clear communication, with training provided to develop new skills.

Qualifications

• Good academic background (2:1 or above) in STEM fields such as maths, physics, engineering, or computer science.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort talking to external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments by building out and managing infrastructure.
• Monitor performance and respond to issues.
• Assist clients to use our products and resolve deployment problems.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver successful deployments.
