Job summary

Comfort Care Services Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Assistants to join our Supported Living Services in INSERT LOCATION. We offer full-time and part-time roles across morning, evening and daytime shifts, with a focus on person-centred care for adults with mental health needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in care, ideally in supported living, learning disabilities or mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful and person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes.
• Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do.
• Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support.
• Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately.
• Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment.
• Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.

You will be a great fit if you have: at least one year of experience in care, ideally within supported living, learning disabilities or mental health services, or personal experience of caring for or supporting others, along with a genuine passion for helping people live well.
