Job summary

Templewood Recruitment is seeking dedicated Support Assistants to join our growing care team. You will help service users in supported housing to improve daily living skills and realize their potential, under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and carrying out individual Service User (SU) support plans
• Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the SU
• Supporting SU to build their confidence, self-esteem and manage their mental health symptoms
• Support the SUs with taking their medication
• Support SUs with their daily living skills and domestic chores
• Encourage and motivate SUs into employment, voluntary work and/or education
• Accurately keeping daily records
