Stocksfield Avenue Primary School in Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant with SEND responsibilities. The role offers opportunities to support teaching and learning within a friendly Trust environment.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team across Smart Multi Academy Trust sites, focusing on pupil progress, safeguarding and inclusive practice with term-time flexibility where appropriate. Closing date: 2 November 2026.

The ideal candidate would have:

The successful candidate will be subject to an online search in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (2023) legislation.

Your principal place of work will be Stocksfield Avenue Primary School, but you may be required to work at other Trust sites within Smart Multi Academy Trust within reason.
