Whitefield Primary Academy, part of The Pioneer Learning Trust, is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with special educational needs. The role runs 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, term time only, with a salary in the range stated.
The post is a temporary named child contract. The successful candidate will be calm, patient and flexible, capable of employing various interventions to support pupil welfare and learning.

We are looking to recruit a friendly and approachable Teaching Assistant to work with a SEND pupil.
The ideal candidate would be someone able to work calmly and flexibly using a variety of interventions to meet the needs of our children.
You must enjoy the challenge of working with our remarkable children and want to make a difference to their well‑being and education.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with young people and /or an understanding of special needs.
