Contract Support - Dartford - 28k - FTC 12 months 25k- 28k

We are seeking a proactive and organised Contract Support Administrator to join our growing team within the Buiding (FM) industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a building, construction, or FM setting within an admin support role

Key Responsibilities

  • Use CRM systems to manage workflows and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule, book, and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive works
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Support the management of contracts, including document control and compliance
  • Produce and update reports using Excel and Word
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience in the Facilities Management, construction, or building services industry in an admin role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
