Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, working with individuals or small groups to support learning needs
• Provide additional support to students with additional learning needs, including SEN students
• Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment by supporting classroom management
• Supervise pupils during break times, lunch, and extracurricular activities, ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Assist in setting up and tidying the classroom, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth lesson flow
• Help with marking, tracking progress, and managing classroom materials
