Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistants – Day-to-Day Supply & Long-Term Cover

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Contract Type: Flexible (Full-Time, Long-Term, Day-to-Day Supply)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs?

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day supply cover and long-term support in a specialist school in Rugby.

About the Role:
  1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
  2. Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
  3. Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
  4. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or other complex needs.
  2. A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
