Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to join a responsive primary school in Barnet. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum and assist teachers with targeted interventions.

You will help create an inclusive classroom, support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs within a structured SEND programme, and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff. DBS check will be arranged.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or educational setting.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
