Job summary

Engage Education are seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Ealing. You will work 1:1 or in small groups to help access the curriculum and support inclusive learning environments in supportive primary schools.

Ideal candidates will show patience, adaptability and teamwork, with experience with primary children. DBS checks will be arranged, and full guidance from a designated consultant will be provided, including CPD opportunities and ongoing support.

Primary Teaching Assistant – Ealing

We’re looking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work with supportive primary schools in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
• Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme

What we’re looking for:

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
• Previous experience working with Primary children is ideal
