Position: Teaching Assistant

Long Term Teachers are working with a fantastic specialist school in Salisbury, which supports students aged 4 - 19 with complex learning and behavioural needs. The school offers a dedicated approach to learning, ensuring each student's individual needs are met and encouraging a fun, engaging learning environment.

We are seeking to employ a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant with at least 3 months of experience working with children and young people. Experience supporting children with special educational needs is essential. Applicants from a care background are welcome, as personal care will be involved in the role.

This is a supply position, offering flexibility to work when available, within school hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm. There is potential for progression into a full-time, permanent role.
