Teaching Assistants Wanted – Flexible Supply Work
Join Teaching Personnel to support schools across Southampton, Winchester, and Eastleigh!
Are you an experienced childcare professional or school-based support worker looking for flexible work? Teaching Personnel are seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) available 2 or more days per week to join our supply pool and assist local schools in covering staff absences.
Whether you're looking for ad-hoc daily cover or longer-term placements (up to a full term), we’d love to hear from you!
Prior experience in a childcare or school setting is essential
Experience working with children with Additional Needs or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) is highly desirable
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
Availability to work at least 2 days a week
Willingness to apply for an enhanced DBS and complete our comprehensive vetting process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
