Your Role as a Supply Teaching Assistant
In this flexible, supply role, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Students: Assist in the classroom, working alongside the class teacher to support student learning.
• Lesson Support: Help plan and deliver activities that align with the curriculum, ensuring students stay engaged and motivated.
• Inclusion: Provide tailored support for individual students, including those with special educational needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning experience.
• Classroom Assistance: Help maintain a safe and productive classroom, encouraging student participation in activities.
• Student Progress: Assist in monitoring and tracking students’ progress, offering feedback to the teacher when necessary.
