Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and specialist schools in Bury St Edmunds. You will work flexibly, assist learners and staff, and adapt to different settings to help every pupil reach their potential.

You’ll gain varied experience while developing classroom presence, behaviour management, and practical support skills. A DBS check is required, and a dedicated consultant will help you find assignments that fit your

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people in educational, childcare, coaching, care, or support setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
  • Confidence supporting learning and managing behaviour positively.
