Job Opportunity: Supply Teachers in Sutton Coldfield

Are you an experienced and qualified Teacher seeking a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers for both primary and secondary schools in the Sutton Coldfield area, including B74, B75, and B76. Candidates must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). We offer various roles, including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions.

Responsibilities

1. Planning, marking, and assessing lessons
2. Preparing and developing lesson plans, curricula, and teaching materials
3. Providing helpful feedback to students on their progress
4. Managing classroom behavior
5. Supporting students with personal care when needed
6. Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs
7. Engaging, motivating, and encouraging students to complete their work
8. Ensuring students stay focused and meet lesson objectives
9. Attending to students' physical, mental, and emotional needs

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting students in an educational setting
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training (a free course is available at U-educate if your certificate is within the last 12 months)
