EYFS Supply Teacher - Rugby

We are working with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies within primary schools in Rugby. We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers who can teach within EYFS on a day-to-day basis as well as for long-term placements.

Supply Teaching: As a Supply Teacher, you will be working in a classroom to teach children in the absence of their regular teachers.

You will be responsible for delivering lessons based on plans provided by the class teacher, marking books according to the school's policy, and providing feedback where necessary. You will also observe behaviour, ensure children follow the behavioural policy, and report any issues to the on-duty DSL, especially safeguarding concerns. You may support different schools daily or work at the same school long-term, either full-time or part-time.

Requirements: To succeed as a Supply Teacher, you should have a good knowledge of the primary school National Curriculum across various year groups. You must be adaptable to different teaching methods and environments, confident in your teaching abilities, and have recent teaching experience (within the last 5 years). A QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification is required.
