Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking flexible Supply Teachers to cover a variety of primary schools across East Riding. This role offers day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term supply work with PAYE pay and from £130 per day.

We provide access to a network of East Riding schools, ongoing consultant support, and a pathway to longer-term roles. Ideal candidates hold QTS and have experience in UK classrooms.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across East Riding schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively in East Riding schools.
• Manage classroom behaviour according to school policies.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for pupils.
• Adapt to routines and expectations of different schools.
• Provide feedback to schools on lesson delivery and pupil progress.
• Supervise students and maintain classroom order.
• For longer-term supply roles, assist with planning and assessment duties.

Longer term roles paid to scale.
