Job Overview

Supply Teacher – Tradewind Recruitment is looking for flexible secondary school teaching practitioners available from as little as one day a week up to full-time. This is a temporary position based in Pocklington and surrounding areas.

Position Details

Payment for daily supply teacher bookings ranges from £140 to £180 per day, depending on experience, qualifications and distance travelled. Long‑term contracts will be paid in line with the main teaching pay scale, from M1 to UPS 3, equating to an annual salary of £32,916 to £51,042, or a daily rate of £168.80 to £261.78 (subject to change with September 2026 pay reviews).

Roles may cover lessons outside your specialism or solely within your subject area, depending on the school’s requirements.
