Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Lancaster, Morecambe and surrounding areas is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible cover across local primary schools.

You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS/ KS1/ KS2, follow school policies, adapt quickly to different classroom settings, and support pupils' academic and personal development while building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold QTS and be able to teach in a UK primary classroom.
  • Willingness to undergo DBS checks and safeguarding training.
  • Experience in primary schools is preferred but not always required for all roles.

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work in a variety of welcoming primary schools across the local area. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or long-term opportunities, we can help find a role that suits your lifestyle and career goals.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
  • Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a UK-based primary school classroom.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching.
  • Have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
  • Flexible work to suit your availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
