'Good' and 'Outstanding' secondary schools in Harrow are seeking Supply Teachers for positions that guarantee work every day throughout the academic year.

Supply Teacher - Harrow - Secondary

• Supply Teacher

• Full or part-time
• Harrow
• GBP140 - GBP220 per day
• Preferred work arrangements with outstanding schools

We are working exclusively with several schools in Harrow that are looking to build a local pool of qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to meet their supply needs across all subjects. We have agreements with these schools to provide groups of supply staff who will work on a preferred and guaranteed basis. This arrangement allows you to be as close to a full salaried staff member as possible while maintaining the flexibility of supply teaching. In some cases, sickness pay may be available.

You will be expected to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons based on plans left by the regular teachers. Building rapport with students and staff is desirable. Flexibility, adaptability, and classroom management skills are essential for success, along with the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
