Supply Teacher (All Year Groups – ECTs Welcome) – RM8 3EX
Location: Dagenham | Daily Rate: £140–£170 | Start: ASAP | Contract: Flexible, Ongoing Supply

Are you an enthusiastic teacher—newly qualified or experienced—looking for flexible, rewarding work in a supportive primary school environment? A fantastic school in the RM8 area is currently seeking a versatile Supply Teacher to join their team, covering classes from EYFS through to Year 6.

Whether you're an ECT eager to gain varied classroom experience, or a skilled practitioner with a background in SEN or behaviour support, this school offers a welcoming, inclusive environment with a strong staff network and excellent leadership.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
  • Foster a positive learning environment and manage behaviour effectively
  • Adapt to meet the needs of different pupils, including those with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency
  • Be a flexible, reliable presence across the school

What We’re Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
  • Confidence in teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • SEN awareness and/or experience with children with behavioural needs is a strong advantage
  • Excellent classroom management and adaptability
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
