Supply Teacher – Harlow

Location: Harlow, Essex

Position: Supply Teacher (Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible)

Are you a qualified teacher looking for greater flexibility, less paperwork, and a chance to focus on what you love — teaching? We are looking for committed and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas.

This role is perfect for experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or those returning to the profession who want to take control of their schedules and experience diverse school settings.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Follow school policies and ensure the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher
• Build rapport quickly with pupils and staff in a range of school settings
• Provide feedback to school staff as required
  
  

You’ll Need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Classroom experience in UK schools (preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible and positive attitude
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
