We are seeking an enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join the masterclass team in secondary schools across both East and West Sussex. Whether you're an experienced SEN specialist or a mainstream teacher excited to step into a more specialist role, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As an Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to pupils' individual EHCPs
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with TAs, therapists, and families to provide holistic care
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress, contributing to annual reviews
  • Promote independence, confidence, and social development
