Randstad UK seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Tadworth. You will support students aged 5–18 with complex needs, fostering social interactions and development in a structured setting.

The role offers long-term and supply placements with hours 8:30–16:30. Requirements include 3–6 months in special education, an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain), and GCSE English/Maths at 4/C or above.

Formación

• 3-6 months of experience within special education, working with students who have autism, complex needs and are non-verbal.
• Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or willingness to undergo one.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK - sponsorship is not offered with any of these roles.
• GCSE grades in English and Maths at 4/C or above.
• Access to your own vehicle is preferred.

Supply: Special Education Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a specialist educational school located in Tadworth.

In this role, you will work closely with students aged 5-18 who have complex learning needs and difficulties. You will support their classroom learning, foster positive social relationships, and encourage their overall development. Opportunities are available for both long-term placement and supply work.

Working Hours: 8:30-4:30

Requirements:

3-6 months of experience within special education, working with students who have autism, complex needs and are non-verbal.

Enhanced DBS check (Child and Adult Workforce) on the Update Service or willingness to undergo one.
