Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a teaching assistant for a specialist educational school near Tadworth. You will work with students aged 5–18 with complex learning difficulties, supporting learning and social development on a daily basis.

Roles include long-term contracts and supply opportunities. A DBS check is required or willing to obtain one. Driving is preferred to support transport to and from site.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of experience in special education, with autism and non-verbal students.
• Enhanced DBS (Child and Adult Workforce) on update service or willing to obtain one.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK – sponsorship not offered.
• GCSE grades in English and Maths at 4/C or above.
• Access to your own vehicle preferred.

Job description

We are searching for a teaching assistant to join our specialist educational school based in Tadworth.

Students at this school will be aged between 5-18 years old and we have positions available for long term contracts as well as roles on a supply basis.

Working Hours: 8:30-4:30
