Job summary

Hays Education is seeking dedicated Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Coventry’s SEN schools, specialist provisions and colleges. Roles offer full-time and flexible day-to-day opportunities, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability while making a difference for pupils with additional needs.

You will support learning, communication, and daily routines, building positive relationships with staff and pupils. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• SEN experience including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, MLD, SLD or PMLD is desirable.
• Patient, resilient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
