Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Supply Producer to oversee stores, stock, and deployment clothing for personnel. The role involves daily housekeeping, inventory control, and ensuring all equipment is tracked and properly stored.

Key duties include managing MJDI records, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating with relevant authorities to procure or replace items as needed. A full UK driving licence and forklift experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day housekeeping and proper husbandry of the Stores.
• Ensure deployment clothing is accounted for on the system (MJDI) or manually for pool equipment.
• Maintain and store deployment clothing and field equipment; re-categorise unserviceable items and obtain replacements.
• Monitor outstanding deployment clothing demands weekly to ensure arrivals before deployment.
• Keep accurate records of deployment clothing issued to personnel to avoid duplication.
• Maintain records of deployment kitting on loan; archive and cross-reference on Loans Register and manage returns.
• Assess holdings to minimise surplus while keeping adequate stock for contingency.
• Collate deployment clothing requests before sending to Support Authority for procurement.
• Monitor outstanding demands to ensure timely delivery of operational equipment.
• Maintain the SharePoint databases for deploying personnel.

Supply Producer

Job Duties:

• The day-to-day housekeeping and good husbandry of the Stores.
• Ensuring all deployment clothing is accounted for on the system (MJDI) or manual accounting for pool equipment.
• The maintenance and storage of all deployment clothing and field equipment. Any unserviceable items are to be re-categorised and appropriate action taken to obtain a replacement.
• Monitoring all outstanding deployment clothing demands on a weekly basis to ensure that outstanding requests arrive on Station prior to personnel deploying.
• Maintaining accurate records of all deployment clothing issued to personnel to avoid duplication of demands.
• Maintaining accurate records of deployment kitting on loan to personnel, ensuring paperwork is archived and cross referred onto the Loans Register, and hastening any returns that pass their return dates.
• Assessing the current holdings of deployment kitting to ensure that surplus stock is kept to a minimum, whilst keeping adequate stock levels for contingency.
• Collating of all deployment clothing requests before being sent to the relevant Support Authority for procurement.
• Monitoring all outstanding demands to ensure that Operational equipment is received in time for deploying personnel.
• Maintaining the databases displayed on SharePoint for deploying personnel.
