We are seeking several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS5, both full and part-time. Experience working with children or in a care setting is desirable.

The Role:

1. Assist the class teacher and help deliver lessons.
2. Manage pupils' behaviour during activities.
3. De-escalate classroom situations appropriately.
4. Collect and return student work at the end of lessons.

The Candidate:

1. Experience with children or in a care background.
2. A positive character that makes a difference in the classroom.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
4. A proven track record of positively impacting children's lives, in any field.
