We are seeking several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS5, both full and part-time.

If you have experience working with children in any capacity, this role is suitable for you.

The Role:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons
• Manage pupils' behaviour during activities
• De-escalate classroom situations appropriately
• Collect and return work at the end of lessons

The Candidate:

• Experience with children or a care background
• A character that positively influences the classroom environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, reading comprehension)
• Proven track record of impacting children's lives positively, in any field
• Creative and able to follow lesson plans
