Job Description:

We are seeking several Teaching Assistants for ongoing work across all Key Stages from EYFS to KS5, both full-time and part-time.

If you have experience working with children in any capacity, this role is suitable for you.

The Role:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons
• Manage pupil behaviour during activities
• De-escalate classroom situations appropriately
• Collect and return student work at the end of lessons

The Candidate:

• Experience with children or a care background
• A proactive character who makes a positive impact in the classroom
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to positively influence children's lives (experience in any field is acceptable)
• Creative, capable of following lesson plans
• Available for part-time or full-time positions
