Job summary

Osborne Appointments is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager based in Stevenage. You will oversee supply and production planning across multiple manufacturing sites and external partners, turning demand forecasts into realistic production plans to meet customer requirements.

The role involves managing stock, material availability, and coordinating capacity. It offers long-term development opportunities within a growing business and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning across multiple sites and external partners.
• FMCG/food/beverage or similar fast-moving environment advantageous.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and production planning across multiple sites and external partners.
• Translate demand forecasts into achievable production plans.
• Balance customer requirements, stock levels, material availability and capacity.
• Monitor forecasts and identify potential supply risks or delays.
• Coordinate capacity planning and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Analyse planning performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ERP/MRP usage.
• Improve planning processes, reporting and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels.
