Job summary

Weareoa in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to oversee demand-to-production planning across multiple manufacturing sites and external partners.

You will translate demand forecasts into feasible production plans, balance stock, material availability and capacity, and protect customer service levels while driving improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, production planning or manufacturing planning.
• Experience within FMCG, food, beverage or a similar fast-moving environment is advantageous.
• Understanding of capacity planning, inventory, material requirements and lead times.
• Experience planning across multiple sites, production lines or external manufacturing partners.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/MRP or planning systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially aware approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and production planning across multiple sites and external manufacturing partners.

Supply Planning Manager – About the Company

Our client is a growing business based in Stevenage, operating within the food and beverage sector and supplying products across a range of markets.

They are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to oversee supply and production planning across multiple manufacturing sites and external partners. You’ll be responsible for turning demand forecasts into realistic production plans, managing stock and material availability, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

• Monday to Friday, full-time
