The invoX Belgium NV, Respiratory Innovation Centre focuses on developing pharmaceutical products with superior lung delivery using our next-generation Soft Mist Inhalation (SMI) device. Our proprietary, propellant-free, mechanical device delivers medication more effectively than other inhalers and aims to change treatment paradigms in markets like asthma and COPD.

As part of our growth, we seek a Supply Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and be a key part of our success.

This role is based in our London or Belgium (Diepenbeek) office with a hybrid work policy (minimum three days in the office).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain requirements planning across customers, projects, and suppliers as part of the S&OP process.
• Manage tactical execution of the supply chain, including purchase orders, delivery tracking, and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize inventories across the network.
• Design and run reports on supply chain KPIs and operational performance to proactively address risks.
• Manage rough-cut capacity planning.
• Develop and evaluate planning scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Support ERP system roll-out (SAP).
• Support the implementation of supply chain process frameworks and drive continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• University/Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in supply chain within medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing, API, or aseptic filling.
• Skills in demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Motivated, results-driven, adaptable to change.
• Team player with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Versatile in tactical and strategic approaches.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
