About the role

• Manage the end-to-end production planning process through effective collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve supply chain operations.
• Drive improvements to planning tools to ensure they are fit to deliver the company's target volume as the business grows.

About you

• 4+ years of experience working within the food industry, ideally with chilled/fresh products.
• Strong communication skills and experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of the commercial order cycle and demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with Excel and PowerBI or other advanced analytical tools such as SQL, VBA, Python, etc.
