You will be responsible for planning finished goods production, material planning, or working in the long-term planning team. Your fit within our Supply Planning organization will depend on current openings and interview assessments. You will oversee production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets, conduct mid- and long-term planning, and work closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term supply chain plans for internally and externally produced items
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous planning improvement
• Maintain data integrity in planning systems
• Deliver master schedules, detailed plans, and long-range capacity and material requirements using system tools
• Support planning improvements to enhance customer service, inventory management, and waste reduction

What you will bring

• Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably in food or fast-moving industries with shelf life constraints
• Experience in IBP/S&OP environments
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
• Teamwork skills to collaborate across functions

Experience

Operational management experience in supply/demand planning and ISC is required. International environment experience and familiarity with Integrated Business Planning are preferred. FMCG experience is also preferred.

Languages

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
