Job summary

We Do Group, on behalf of a major global consumer brand, seeks an experienced Supply Planner for an initial 3‑month contract in Central London with hybrid working. You will balance demand, stock availability and inbound supply while collaborating with Sales, Finance and S&OP teams.

You will own supply plans, adjust POs, monitor stock and contribute to weekly dashboards, with Oracle experience beneficial and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Experience in supply planning or similar supply chain role.
Strong Excel skills; Oracle experience useful.
Analytical, organised and able to work at pace with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage supply plans against changing forecasts and customer demand.
Review and adjust purchase orders and communicate changes to suppliers.
Support the S&OP process alongside Demand Planning, Sales and Finance.
Monitor stock levels, days-on-hand and product availability.
Produce weekly stock reporting and monthly supply dashboards.
Manage purchase orders, supplier call-offs and stock movements.
Support inbound logistics and ensuring stock flows smoothly into the UK.
Maintaining accurate inventory and product master data within Oracle.
Working closely with Finance around stock reconciliation and month-end accruals.
Supporting customs, inbound documentation and third-party logistics providers.
