Job summary

Richemont is seeking a driven Supply & Matching Coordinator to manage spare parts and repairs for Richemont Maison watches in a fast-paced workshop environment in the UK. You will ensure daily processing of parts, keep kit boxes up to date and oversee SAP flow.

You will match parts, manage orders, follow deliveries, run daily reports and coach colleagues. The role requires analytical thinking, reliability, problem solving and a client-focused attitude, with experience in supply chain or customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts / repairs from/to other departments
• Match spare parts / repairs
• Manage spare parts orders
• Ensure proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries
• Daily filling of kit boxes
• Update kit boxes layouts
• Maintain the workshop area including kit boxes
• Run daily reports & action follow-ups
